2. What data we process and why
Browsing the website
When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data about your connection, such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. We use this data only to serve the website and protect it against attacks and abuse.
To find out how many visits the website receives we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify visitors: it only provides aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a secure website and understanding how it is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps this technical data for a limited time in accordance with its own policy.
Contact and bookings by email or phone
If you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone number and the content of your message) in order to reply and, where applicable, manage your booking.
Legal basis: handling your request or booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as necessary to assist you and for no more than one year afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
If you tell us about allergies or intolerances, this is considered health data. We use it only to adapt our service to you, with the explicit consent you give by telling us (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), and we delete it once the service has been provided.
3. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide our service we rely on the following providers, who act as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, security and visitor statistics.
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland): email service (Gmail).
4. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will let you know and ask for your consent before setting them.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to us at dondenakiss@gmail.com:
- Access your data and obtain a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request the erasure of your data.
- Request the restriction of processing.
- Object to the processing.
- Request the portability of your data in a structured format.

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not give us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
